2. Account Registration

• Users must register with valid business details to access pricing and place orders.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Miyanka.com reserves the right to reject or suspend accounts with incomplete or false information.

3. Product Information & Availability

• We strive to display accurate product images and descriptions, but minor color variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
• All products are subject to availability. In case of non-availability, we may offer alternatives or cancel the order with prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
• Full payment must be made at the time of order placement. Currently, Miyanka does not offer any credit facility but accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.
• We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are usually dispatched within the committed timeframe. However, delivery times may vary due to location, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Miyanka is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or external factors beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Miyanka.com — including images, text, product designs, logos, and graphics — is the property of Rahul Textiles and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Miyanka.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the disputed order.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, transportation disruptions, or government actions.
